Summer School Housing Information (Summer 2008)

Taking summer classes and need housing? The Office of Student Housing will be providing a variety of summer housing options this year for all four of MSU's summer terms. In addition to providing options for traditional double occupancy rooms (and private rooms), a limited number of spaces in year-round housing facilities will also be available (Fields Hall, Thompson Hall, & University Apartments). If you have questions about summer housing, please contact the Housing office or speak to your Hall Director. Applications for summer housing can be downloaded here or picked up in the Housing Office (Thompson Hall). The priority deadline for applications is May 2, 2008; apply early to ensure your preference is available.

Fall 2008 Incoming Freshmen - Success Academy - Jump Start Your Success at MSU

Morehead State University will host the 2008 Success Academy, June 23-July 25. The Academy is a five-week program of college instruction and tutoring for students admitted to the University who are in need of additional academic preparation.

High school seniors who have taken the ACT exam and scored below 18 on two or more of the mathematics, English, and reading sections (science not included) are eligible to participate.

Students who complete the academy will begin the Fall 2008 semester with nine (9) college credits completed, and more importantly, be better prepared for success in their freshman year.
