There is no reason for the non-traditional or commuter student to feel left out of university affairs. The non-traditional student can experience a full range of college activities at Morehead State University and become a productive part of campus life.
Morehead State's Office for Non-traditional/Commuter Students wants to integrate the student population and better serve its student body through seminars and other activities.

Non-Traditional Eagle Society
The Non-Traditional Eagle Society was started by students to provide social activities for non-traditional students of Morehead State University.
Pinnacle™
A chapter of PINNACLE™, the non-traditional honorary was begun in 1991 to ensure that non-traditional students were not overlooked when honors are being distributed. PINNACLE™ takes pride in including the student who retains an excellent G.P.A. while maintaining family and job responsibilities.
Non-Traditional/Commuter Student Planning Council
The Non-traditional/Commuter Student Planning Council provides support and planning of non-traditional student activities. Students on the council also serve as Non-Traditional/Commuter Student Mentors during Preview Days and Summer Orientation, Advising and Registration (SOAR) activities sponsored by the Office of Admissions.
Two publications are produced each semester. These publications or newsletters inform the non-traditional and commuter student of activities on the academic calendar and changes in parking.
